ABOUT THE COURSE

Little Harp Social is a group class for beginner adults and teens. The classes are held in Belmont, MA and span 12 weeks. Level 1 introduces fundamental harp technique and basic music theory in a wide range of musical styles.

Each course includes 6 bi-weekly classes and each class is 75 minutes long. The cost includes a 22 string lap harp of your own to keep. 

At the end of the course you will have made new friends, had fun learning harp technique, and you will have a repertoire of 12 pieces which you can play for your friends and family and for your own enjoyment.

No prior musical experience is required. For those students who have never learned to read music before, there is an extra add-on 30 minute practical theory class to take concurrently with level 1.
